Q: What will you miss most about Debra?
A: I will miss the warmth and pleasant personality of my big sister. She has never been judgemental of anyone. Her faith highlighted her love of our heavenly Father and others. Debra lived an intentional and dedicated life of spreading the gospel. This was center of her joy.
Debra loved family, friends, good food, and laughter. She has always presented a quite strength. I will miss everything about my big sister. Especially, her love.
The thing that I’ll miss most about Deborah will be her laughter and kindness. I remember while visiting
Plains from Miami during the outset of the pandemic, and Deborah making sure that my family had the recommended sanitizers. Not to mention that she brought them to Plains.
The one memory of her that will last a lifetime is, on Nov. 15, last year, I received a call that my Son had been found unresponsive in Forest Park. I called Deborah, asking her how far away did she live from there. I explained the situation to her. She explained that she was at a doctor’s appt. and as soon as she left there, she would go to Forest Park. She went there as promised, was able to get an officer on the phone to speak to me.
I will forever appreciate the time that I knew her and miss the smiles and laughter whenever I was around her.
Thank you for all the fun memories that were shared with you and some of the girls at Fulton county we were not just a working family but a extended family as well you will be truly missed and forever in our hearts .
Ms. Debra was an amazing co-worker and a funny friend. We shared several moments on trips or at different schools chatting. I also had the chance to meet and fellowship with her son Brandon (Pace as he was introduced to me). My prayers and thoughts are with her family yet we will miss her beautiful smile and wisdom she shared. Peace, Love, and Comfort to you all.
It’s so many memories that I can share, but the special one of all is the phone calls we had to keep you up at Wallyworld and when I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t wait to tell what I did that day , just to hear what you was gonna say, and when I come to Ga , I got to let you know get my room ready. You wasn’t just my cousin , you was my sister. Fe’licia was the big sister you was my cousin/sister. You will truly be missed and forever in our hearts . 💞💞🙏🏾
Q: What will you never forget about Debra?
A: Debra, I will never forget your indescribable, yet unmistakable and infectious laugh! I am smiling just thinking about it. You had a quiet strength and humble nature that I also will never forget but not seeing you at future family gatherings will be very hard. I will always be reminded of how much you loved your family and I cherish having you as my cousin! Rest well, dear Debra.
We worked with Debra and knew her for a lot of years. Jack spoke to her 2 weeks ago. We are so blessed to be allowed to say goodbye to our friend even if we did not realize at the time we were saying goodbye. We will miss you so. Our hearts are broken.

Q: What was one of your favorite qualities of Debra?
A: Debra was full of love. She will be missed.
Q: What was one of your favorite qualities of Debra?
A: One of my favorite qualities of Debra was her love. Deb had a big heart and she showed it by her love for others. She knew everyone in the congregation. Whenever someone was sick she will visit them in the Hospital, Nursing Homes or at their house. We were out in service one day and she wanted to go visit the sick ones, I told her that I could make some soup and we can go together, that day we stayed out till 8pm, we visited all the friends that were sick. She spent about 15 minutes with each one of them giving them encouragement and comfort. Debra was a true witness! She leave this scripture to the fullest ” 1Cor 13: 4-7. ” Debra was My friend, My mother, my sister, my love!
My Little Sister was Truly like my fleshly Sister!! I look forward to the fulfillment of John 5:28,29, In short….the hour is coming in which all those in the memory tomb or in God’s Memory, will hear his voice and come , those who did good things to a resurrection of life….

To the family, you are my family also, I had the pleasure of meeting Deb is what I called her, thur our Family Worship group that was formed way before I came along.
I had the pleasure of being invited to be a part of this Family Worship group in 2015 is when I met Deb, she made me feel welcomed right away, our relationship grew from there, this is my 7th year with the group have not missed a week of worship. I came to love her as my little sister we use to crack jokes all the time it was all in a loving way. It’s still not real to me that she’s resting right now for a bit till Jehovah tell her to wake up. Hope to see you then Deb. Love and miss you.

My sister is gone and I will miss her. But, I will always remember her for being loving and giving. Most of all – her love for Jehovah is worthy of emulating. Many have expressed what I too feel and know about Deb, so I leave this poem.
She is Gone
You can shed tears that she is gone
or you can smile because she has lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that she’ll
come back
or you can open your eyes and see all she’s left.
Your heart can be empty because you can’t see
her
or you can be full of the love you shared.
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live
yesterday
or you can be happy for tomorrow because of
yesterday.
You can remember her and only that she’s
gone
or you can cherish her memory and let it live
on.
You can cry and close your mind, be empty
and turn your back
or you can do what she’d want: smile, open
your eyes, love and go on.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family!
Love – Derrick & Leonna Warren
