Kenneth Reid Hamby

Kenneth “Kenny” Reid Hamby passed away on September 23, 2022 at the age of 63. Mr. Hamby is survived by his loving wife, Kim, of 34 years. Together, the two of them raised 6 wonderful children, of whom Kenny was a very devoted and loving father. Lovingly remembering him are his children, Keisha Pryor, Britany Hamby, and Amy Hamby, and stepchildren Jason Davis, Blake Davis, and Sasha Davis. Leaving his legacy to be cherished by his 14 grandchildren and nephew, Zachary. Kenny is also survived by his loving mother, Annette Hamby. He is preceded in death by his father, Quinton Hamby and brother, Michael Hamby. Kenny was a wonderful musician with a passion for Rock N Roll. A loving Husband, Father, and devoted Son. He was very special to his family and friends. He will be greatly missed. Mr. Hamby’s Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, October 7, 2022 in the Chapel at Southern Cremations and Funerals at Cheatham Hill in Marietta.
