It is with deepest sympathy his family announces the passing of Reyn Connelly on October 11,2022. Stephen Reynolds Connelly, Jr. was born in Athens, Georgia to Stephen Reynolds Connelly, Sr. and the late Linda Marlece Connelly (Daniel) on January 24, 1976. Reyn graduated from First Presbyterian Day School in Macon, Georgia in 1994. He went on to graduate with a degree in Biology from The University of West Georgia followed by a Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry from the Medical College of Georgia in 2003. They moved to East Cobb in 2007 where Reyn practiced dentistry at his practice, East Cobb Dental for the next fifteen years. They had two children, Jackson Reynolds Connelly in 2011 and Aubrey Grier Connelly in 2013. Reyn was actively involved in their church, Johnson Ferry Baptist, as well as the local Rotary chapter for many years. He was also an active member of the Hinman Dental Society. In his spare time, Reyn loved playing golf and watching his Georgia Bulldawgs. Reyn had an ability to draw people in with his sense of humor and infectious laugh. He has many extended family members and friends who love and miss him dearly. A service will be held at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church in Marietta, Georgia on Friday, October 21, 2022 at 2PM in the afternoon.
