Jean Webb Alexander

Jean Alexander, 74, passed away Friday, November 4, 2022, in Marietta, GA. A service will be held in her honor on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 11:30 AM at Cheatham Hill Memorial at 1861 Dallas Hwy SW, Marietta GA at the Columbarium with visitation from 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM. Jean is survived by her daughters Jennifer Hardy and Lisa McLeroy and husband William, granddaughters Anna and Mary, sister Jan Roberts and husband Warren “Flash”, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Webb, father, Edsel Webb, and sister Joyce Crown. Jean grew up in Valdosta, Ga and graduated from Valdosta High School in 1966. She moved to Marietta in the early 70’s. Jean enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her granddaughters, friends, and attending GracePointe Baptist in Marietta, GA. Jean could easily light up a room with her smile and was known for her genuine heart and friendliness. She was a constant reliable source of advice and encouragement for those around her. The shock of Jean’s passing will certainly resonate throughout many family, friends and, acquaintances. She loved emphatically and believed with conviction. Jean always knew her place with God and knew she would be in Heaven
