Q: What will you miss most about Carl?
A: What will I miss the most about you?? Well that’s a lot I will miss the man I fell in love with and the man I married on October 7th 2015. I will miss the laughs and the memories that we made together. I will miss the man that was the best father to his nutter butter his baby girl Remington. I will miss the man that opened my eyes and showed me life that I didn’t know existed. I will miss the raw humor that you had and the goofy things you said and did on the daily. Now you are in heaven watching over me and Remington and I know you will guide me and her in the right direction. Just like I know you will make it known to your little girl that you are right there beside her everyday of her life and you will hold her hand and guide her through life knowing that you love her. It still feels unreal that you are gone but you are in heaven watching over all of us. I wish me and Remington got to spend just one more day with you. There’s not enough space to write everything I will miss so I named the important ones. Thank you for everything and thank you for giving us Remington. She will know everyday how much you love her and will grow up to know what kind of man and father you were. You will forever be My Country Boy until the day I take my last breath. I love you with all my heart forever and always to the moon and back. Remington said Daddy I love you to the moon and back and she will continue to live your legacy. I will miss Carl very much. I owe him a huge thank you for bringing me and Jacob together and making our future what it is now. He brought something together that I never thought would come back together and grow. He brought people together and was the life of the party and was one of the most sincere people that you would ever meet and this world will be so empty without you.

We will remember Carl as a kind young man. We saw him at church some time back, and in the neighborhood helping at his Aunt’s house next door to us. Once when our grass got pretty high and he was over cutting his Aunt’s, he cut ours without our asking and without charging us. We are so sorry to know he has left this world, but may he rest in peace and may God comfort the hearts of all those who love and miss him. You are all in our prayers.
Carl was 7 when he came to us. He started out as a joker. He would fip his feet up in the doorway and hang upside down by his toes. At dinner time he would act like a server and take our orders. Once he woke up early a baked cookies. They got burned, so he through them behind the bushes. Tray and all. When we asked about the smell he said someone broke in and burnt the cookies and left. Ha ha. He was sweet with small children. Generous with his friends, and kind to strangers in need. I miss you and LOVE YOU with my whole heart. RIP all your worries are gone.
MOM
Carl, was an amazing person a f friend. He just wanted everyone around him to be happy. He was a people pleasing type of guy. I loved that about him. I wish I was as good a friend to him as he was to me.. I wish I would’ve paid more attention to and took more time to talk one on one with him but regardless. He was always there for me if I needed him to be. Love you Carl. The world really isn’t as good a place without you here. Xoxo love you
