Q: What will you miss most about Wayne?
A: All of our wonderful memories we had together he was one of a kind and a great man I will always cherish the memories we had together
On behalf of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5408 and its Auxiliary, please accept our deepest sympathies for your loss. Wayne was a magnificent man, one who would do anything for you, especially for a fellow veteran. He contributed so much to our VFW Post and to the thousands of veterans and servicemembers we serve throughout the Acworth/Kennesaw and surrounding areas. When we needed someone to fill a role, to jump in and volunteer, or just help a fellow veteran out, he was there – always ready to serve… and serve with a smile. Throughout the years, he worn a number of hats within our great organization. Over the years, he was a House Committee member, Buddy Poppy Chairperson, and, most recently, a Trustee.
We will forever miss Wayne.
