Charles "Dennis" Roddy

Charles Dennis Roddy, age 65, of Carrollton GA peacefully passed away on May 12, 2023 in his home surrounded by his family.Mr. Roddy was born in Union City, GA on July 31, 1957, the son of the late Charles Roddy and Gertrude Roddy. He was a painter that loved to fish and hunt with his free time.He loved his family and friends "a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck"He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Jessica, his brothers Don and Danny Roddy, and 3 great-grandchildren.He is survived by his sons David (Shauna) Roddy, James Roddy, Micheal Roddy, Steven (Jasmine) Roddy, Jacob Roddy, his daughters Dana (Jonathan) Roddy, Ann (Marcus) Bowling, 27 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, brothers Billy (Dolores) Roddy,Ronnie (Debra) Roddy,and Randy (Lisa) Roddy, and sisters Annette Pendley andElaine (Bobby) Buttaro, several nieces, nephews, and his many friends.Per Dennis' request, he is being cremated.Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date by his family.
