Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Dr. Joe was a marvelous man. I first met Joe and Millie when they visited Port Cunnington Lodge in Muskoka. My parents owned the lodge and Millie and Joe came each year to the lodge. They became friends of the family immediately.
Joe also was a great resource for me and my husband as he had diabetes.
It was a sad day when I learned of Joe’s death. He always had a positive outlook on life and “He was always Marvelous”. Condolences to the family. Love, June Gates

  3. Dear Kathy, Robin, Deena & Keith,
I hope you know how much I loved Dr. Joe and Aunt Millie as they always were to me. The memories flood back into my head. Robin, I can’t tell you how many people I’ve shared with the story of your dad taking us to see Elvis!! Skiing at Gore mountain with both our dads, as well as all the fun of simply living next door to each other. I will never forget either one of them. I’m grateful to have all the memories.

    With Love,
    Cynthia

  7. Fall, 1988, Eden, NY, , sunday afternoon, the living room on Pinecrest. Pepperoni pizza, ( way too 😊) hot wings, blue cheese and a diet pop in a large glass full of ice… . Spider cannot distract us from watching the Bills game on TV and … in between the players, we’re looking for you,…

Dad, thank you so much for all that you and mom have done. I miss both of you and I will never forget!

Your positiveness will be carried on by so many that you have touched and inspired.

“Au milieu de l’hiver, j’ai découvert en moi un invincible été.”
