DaJuan Teray Priest, 24 of Douglasville, also lovingly known as "Juan" was born January 21, 1990 in Roanoke, Virginia. DaJuan departed this life Sunday, December 7, 2014. He is preceded in death by his great grandparents; Martha Jane Hardy and Robert and Pauline Priest.
DaJuan grew up in Virginia where he graduated from Matoaco High School in 2008. He then went on to attend Virginia State University where he developed many friendships. He had a passion for playing football, in which he participated since little league and became very good at the sport. His loving personality, charm and warm spirit overwhelmed everyone he came across. His distinguishing smile and humorous demeanor followed him wherever he went.
Those left to cherish fond memories include his mother; Angela Priest, father; Derrick Priest, brothers; Aaron Priest and Kyzeri Hardy, sisters; Sequoia Priest and Tydaja Hardy, grandparents; Mary Terry, Charlene Priest and Robert White, a special cousin in which he was very close; Malik Hairston, a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
A Funeral Service and Celebration of DaJuan's life is scheduled for 2:00 pm Saturday, December 13, 2014 in the Chapel of Southern Cremations & Funerals and Cheatham Hill, 1861 Dallas Highway, Marietta, GA 30064. The family will also receive friends Saturday, December 13th from 12:00 noon to service time.
