Obituary for Gerard Prudent February 10, 1955 – April 28, 2017 Marietta, Georgia Age 62 Gerard Prudent, 62, of Marietta, Georgia passed away on Friday April 28, 2017. Born in Gonaives, Haiti, on February 10, 1955, Gerard was the son of Avenia and Antoine Prudent. Before moving to Georgia, he lived in New York City for 20 years where he met his wife, Marie, and had three children. He enjoyed singing, photography, sports, and most of all spending time with his family and friends. Above all he loved Jesus. He served as a deacon, President of Men's Ministry, and was a servant of God. Gerard was preceded in death by his mother, Avenia, and father, Antoine. He is survived by his loving wife, Marie of 31 years; his two sons, Francis and Jacob; his daughter, Sasha; as well as his many relatives and countless friends. Gerard Prudent will be laid to rest at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park in Marietta, GA on May 7,2017.
