Beate Maria Christopher passed away at her home on November 2, 2015 after a three year struggle with cancer. She was born on April 23, 1948 in Kassel, Germany as the only child to the late Hans and Elly Pfannkuch. She is survived by her husband of 46 years; Barry R. Christopher, son Derek Christopher and granddaughter Samara. Her interest included caring for her family, working for her husband, and her love in reading, music and art. At her request, a service will not be held, but her family will participate in an intimate celebration of her life on November 4, 2015 at Southern Cremations and Funerals at Cheatham Hill Park.
