DAVID MICHAEL BOSS, 67 of Marietta, GA passed away on February 6, 2017. He was born to Dr. Mrs. James Boss in Grand Rapids, Michigan. David was a staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force, were he serviced as a jet engine mechanic. He served four years with one tour in Viet Nam. He received his AS and BS degree from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Upon graduation he took a job in Dental Sales which eventually brought him to Marietta, GA in 1988. He was a coach for several of his children's basketball and softball teams, and was a big fan of the Atlanta Falcons. He was a good friend to many and a loving grandfather.
David is survived by his wife of 46 years, Valerie Boss, his sons Brian (Lisa) Boss, Bradley Boss both of Marietta, and his daughter Julie (Jared) Juneau of Midland, MI, his brother James (Cookie) Boss of FL and 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Dr. James Boss, his mother Lyda Boss and his brother Joel Boss.
