Rolando J. Mocling, 75 years old, of Kennesaw, died November 2, 2014 with his wife and family by his side at Kennestone Hospital following an extended illness.
Rolando was born in Mindoro, Philippines to the late Napoleon and Rosalina Mocling. He was employed as an Accountant until his retirement. He enjoyed spending time with his family and those who knew him knew him as a giving man, a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Survivors include his loving wife; Amelia J. Mocling of Kennesaw, son; Rommel J. Mocling of Kennesaw, daughter and son-in-law; Pauline and Clay Luna of Marietta, sons and daughters-in-law; Joseph Ross and Menchie Mocling of Kennesaw and Ronald J. and Espie Mocling of Daly City, CA, daughter and son-in-law; Maricris and Andrew Addison of Acworth, grandchildren; Hunter Ross Mocling, Tobi Luna, Miko Luna, Jared Mocling, Jeyna Mocling, R.J. Mocling and Zachary Addison, sisters; Rebecca and Filipina, brothers; Bayani, Evelio and Napoleon, Jr., numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Mass is scheduled for 10:00am, Friday, November 7, 2014 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church of Marietta. Monsignor John Walsh will be officiating. The family will receive friends during the reception following the Mass at the Church. An Inurnment is also scheduled for 2:00pm, Friday at Cheatham Hill Memorial Parks Cascading Waters Cremation Garden.
