My sweet and beautiful memaw through the years I have so many memories of you I can go on for ages. From the times I was a little girl playing Skip-Bo at the cabin or swimming in those huge silver pails, while Papa mowed the grass, or playing the many board games. Even into my teen years I remember watching you play those same games with the younger generation as they came along. To visit with after I had my own children, you where always true to yourself and your family. I may only hope to be half the women you where to so many. Until I see you again. I will carry you in my heart always. Love Nina Crider
We Love you all
I’ve never met a sweeter lady. We had many long talks when I lived with Nancy. We would talk almost every day. I loved you Memaw. My condolences to all the family. I know she will be missed greatly. 😢
With love and sympathy. Dan and Jackie Teel, Randy and Deana Daniel.
I will forever remember her warm loving hugs.
We Love yall
Juanita(Nita) Cheek was my 2nd cousin but I couldn’t have loved her more if she were my own Mom, Lorene Lord McWhorter, her 1st cousin. Nita was always fashionable, loved having her hair fixed, nails polished, adorned with her favorite pieces of jewelry and wearing that permanent smile & laugh. To know her was to love her and laugh with her when she told of a funny event. RIP, Nita.

We will never forget her loving warm smile every time she greeted us. Beautiful heart.
Thinking of the whole family today. Aunt Nita was the definition of unconditional Love. May you all find peace as time goes by. Love, Laurie
From her loving nephews John, Michael, and David Lord. We will miss that sweet lady dearly.
I was blessed in so many ways when I married your son, David Cheek. Little did I know, I struck gold when it came to Mother in Laws. You welcomed me into your family from day one and continued to embrace and love me until your last days with us. For anyone who was blessed to know and feel her love, please know she gave her love unconditionally. It was truly beautiful the way she would love thru any trials and tribulations you were going thru. All she wanted in return was for her family and friends to live in God’s light and His love. To my husband who’s love for his mother was so beautiful to witness…you will be with her again someday and until then I’ll love you and hold you extra tight. We’ll miss you our sweet mother, but, will carry you in our hearts forever. Rest In Peace now our angel love.

Juanita was one of my favorite moms on Sharon Circle! I’ve known her since childhood. She was loving and kind to the neighborhood kids. She always announced from her porch when it was time for Denita to come in. We knew that meant the day was over for all of us. Reuniting with Nita late in her life is a blessing I will always cherish. It also rekindled my friendship with Denita, Myra and David. I love you all. Rest in peace precious lady.
Love you so much…
I will miss that that big smile and warm hug of yours every time I seen you. Always the biggest smile on your face and the warming hugs. The kind of hug you just melted into. I could just fill the love. You were as beautiful inside as you were outside. Rip Mrs Cheek. You will surely be missed by many.
Thank you for being with us today and all your Love…
What a beautiful women of God. We would see aunt Nita at a few family reunions when
my late husband Skeeter was alive. I Remember she was always happy and smiling and just so full of love for everyone she met. May God bless her in heaven and keep your family in his arms of love going forward.
We Love each of you
