Joel Glynn Martin (53) of Taylorsville has gone home to be with the Lord and is resting peacefully with his Mother Madge and Father Glynn who preceded him in that journey.
The youngest of three, he leaves behind his Brother Vic (Stephanie) Martin, Sister Cindy (Mike) Martin, Bonus Mom Allese Martin, Chad Hambrick Brother, as well as,his Nephew Drake Martin, and Nieces Madison, Brie and Avalee Martin.
Joel worked in Heating and Air Conditioning for years and was a man of many talents. He was a bit of a gardener, landscaper, plumber, electrician, and all-around handy man. He was a collector and great enthusiast of nature.
Joel loved to hunt, fish and watch sports. He enjoyed playing with his cat Whiskey.
He truly had a heart-of -gold and was there to help anyone as much as he could. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. To know Joel was to love him.
A private graveside service will be held in remembrance of Joel on Tuesday, February 27th, 2024 @ 11:00am.
