Carole Edith Rhodenhiser, passed away on July 4, 2018. She was born on April 21, 1942 to Roy Booker Rhodenhiser, Jr. and Edith Jordan Rhodenhiser in Macon, Georgia.
She was a graduate of Lanier High School and Georgia State University and Mercer University, with a Masters Degree in English.
She is survived by her son Joseph Rhodenhiser of Marietta. Survived by brother Roy Rhodenhiser III, sister in law Elaine Rhodenhiser, nephew Roy Rhodenhiser IV, niece Terri Ray, and granddaughter Michaela Rhodenhiser.
A private family service will be held at a later date.

I’m very sorry to hear of Carol’s passing, even at this late date. We were classmates at Mercer University and in Mercer Players together, and good friends. She was maid of honor at my wedding. I regret we though we lost contact after I moved from Georgia.–Toni Vissage Sweeney
