Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Clark knows about my love of BBQ, we’d talk about it while watching football. He also remembered I was interested in getting a Big Green Egg. When a friend of his was getting a new one, he let me know the old one was for sale, cheap! I couldn’t pass it up! Thanks to Clark, I was able have a dream fulfilled! Still have and use it. Thanks Clark!❤️

  2. I saw Clark walking pass my home it was a Saturday afternoon and I said hi, he was walking his dog and he said hi, I said we moved in a couple of months ago, we are looking for friends to hang out with, I said do you play poker and he said a little, he came and played till like 2:00am and we all made an amazing friend that night! The guys would work on cars on Saturdays ! We would have cookouts and hangout with all the neighbors all the time! Clark would do anything for you anytime of the day or night! He would even help you hid the body, he really was my best friend! Love you my heart hurts so much knowing we can’t laugh together any more! You weirdo, you will be missed !! 🥲🍺🌹

  3. I found these pictures and video from about 10 years ago. We had gotten a little boat and Clark helped us paint it. He had a motor we used one time to go out on the lake. He brought Kelly, because Kelly went everywhere with him. I’ll always remember them singing together. Gonna miss you good buddy.

  4. Clark and I met in 1975 when we worked at DeKalb County Parks & Recreation on Dresden Dr. The shop was near the intersection with Buford Hwy. and ironically by the end of the runway of PDK where he eventually ended up working for Epps many years later.
We hit it off very quickly; both born in 1954, Clark from Tucker and me from Druid Hills. We would go bowling at Suburban Plaza on Saturday nights when you could play all night for 15 bucks.
We both moved on but stayed in touch periodically and had dinner together at 57th Fighter Group restaurant shortly after Clark was diagnosed.
    Rest in peace, my friend.

  5. I first met Clark almost 25 years ago at Epps air service. There was never a dull moment around Clark . He always knew how to have fun when doing his job even on rough days. He was working in shipping and receiving and then was transferred to the buildings and grounds department. Things got even more entertaining around Clark when he was working buildings and grounds . How he managed to keep up with the pace of things, I have no idea, but he was good at it. Whenever I did not have a job assignment myself, I would usually go hang out with him and do what I could to help him out. He was a very big help For my mother and I when my dad passed away unexpectedly. She and I are forever grateful for the help that he gave us. He also did a lot of work around our house and we would always have a good time kidding around. Thanks for the great memories Clark, mother and I miss you.

  6. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and memories. Our family appreciates it. ❤️
