Petra Mendoza Araujo falleció pacíficamente en el Hospital Kennestone el 18 de diciembre de 2024. Petra se fue a descansar en los brazos de su Señor y Salvador Jesucristo a la edad de 79 años. Nació en Bustamante, Nuevo León, México, el 29 de Junio de 1945. Le sobrevive su amado esposo Remigio Ortega Ochoa. Con el cual estuvo unida en matrimonio por 65 anos. La recuerdan con tanto cariño sus hijos, Sanjuana, Olga, Cosme, Ángel, Consuelo, Alejandro, y sus 25 nietos y 34 bisnietos. Petra fue una esposa amorosa,dedicada y decidida a sacar adelante a su familia . Ella era una gran mujer de fe ,y fiel a sus convicciones la cual transmitio a sus hijos. Una abuela muy cariñosa que amaba profundamente a sus familia . Su familia era su gran orgullo y alegría, y se los demostró fielmente haciendo de ellos hombres y mujeres de bien.En ellos infundio el amor y respeto entre ellos y hacia los demas Petra disfrutaba especialmente cuidar de su rancho y familia en Salinas Victoria, Mexico. En su mejor momento cuidaba de muchos animales de granja, como vacas, cabras, ovejas, gallinas y muchos más. Su rancho tambien era un refugio seguro para muchas personas, ya que siempre abría su hogar a quienes necesitaban refugio. Este es un testimonio de quién era ella, una mujer que cuidaba de otros, daba todo lo possible, y verdaderamente ella era una mujer de Dios. Quienes la conocieron se que la recordaran con mucho carino . Su familia,hijos y amigos nunca olvidarán quien era ella El velatorio se llevará a cabo en Southern Cremations and Funerals el 23 de diciembre de 2024 a las 10:00 a. m. El servicio fúnebre comenzará a las 11:00 a. m. Petra Mendoza Araujo passed away peacefully at Kennestone Hospital on December 18, 2024. Petra went to rest in the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at the age of 79. She was born in Bustamante, Nuevo Leon, Mexico on June 29, 1945. She is survived by her beloved husband Remigio Ortega Ochoa, to whom she was married for 65 years. She is fondly remembered by her children, Sanjuana, Olga, Cosme, Angel, Consuelo, Alejandro, and her 25 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren. Petra was a loving, dedicated wife determined to raise her family. She was a great woman of faith, and true to her convictions which she passed on to her children. A very loving grandmother who loved her family deeply. Her family was her great pride and joy, and she faithfully showed it by making them good men and women. She instilled in them love and respect for each other and for others. Petra especially enjoyed taking care of her ranch and family in Salinas Victoria, Mexico. In her prime she cared for many farm animals such as cows, goats, sheep, chickens, and many more. Her ranch was also a safe haven for many people as she always opened her home to those who needed shelter. This is a testament to who she was, a woman who cared for others, gave her all, and truly was a woman of God. Those who knew her will remember her fondly. Her family, children, and friends will never forget who she was. Visitation will be held at Southern Cremations and Funerals on December 23, 2024 at 10:00 AM. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m.
