Lowell Lawrence (Larry) Hedrick, age 81, passed peacefully at his home on December 8th, 2018 in Marietta, Georgia.
Larry Hedrick is survived by his wife of 57 years, Ruth Hedrick; his two sons Jeff Hedrick of Plano, Texas and Gary Hedrick of Marietta, Georgia; his brother Jim Hedrick of Tucson, Arizona; and his five grandchildren Macy, Justin, Abby, Austin, and Katie.
Larry Hedrick was born on January 7th, 1937 in Houston, Texas, to parents Lowell Lawrence and Loretta Mae. He graduated from the University of Illinois in 1959 with a degree in Communications and accepted a position with General Electric. He retired after 39 years of employment.
A celebration of life is scheduled for Larry Hedrick on Saturday, December 29th from 10 - 1 at the Southern Cremations and Funerals at Cheatham Hill with a light lunch immediately following the 11 am service. All family and friends are welcome to attend and celebrate Larry’s life.
