Edna Deloris Jenkins

Deloris Jenkins passed away at home on January 28, 2019 at the age of 76. Deloris was born in Atlanta, Georgia on February 05, 1942 to Harold and Edna Burroughs Jones. She graduated from West Fulton High School in 1960. She went on to get her real estate license and she was a realtor for forty years. Her true passion was her Christian walk with Christ. Deloris lead Sunday School class and Bible study for years until her health failed her. Deloris is survived by her loving children Mark “Jay” Jenkins and daughter in law Judi Jenkins of Marietta, Joel Jenkins of Dallas, and daughter Lisa Thompson of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Danielle Thompson and Garrett Thompson; sisters, Diane Fiscarelli and Denise Flowers, and brothers, Tim Jones and Chris Jones. Deloris is predeceased by her mother, father, and two brothers. The visitation and a Christian celebration of life and resurrection will be held at Due West United Methodist, 3956 Due West Rd. NW Marietta, GA 30064, at ten o’ clock in the morning. The Reverend David Campbell with Associate Pastor Ann Mann will be presiding over the services.
