Thank you Jill and rick
My thoughts and prayers go out to the Whitehead and Johnson family. Shirley was a good woman and she would do anything for anyone. I had the pleasure of being a part of this amazing family and the honor of calling her my mother-in-law even if for a short period of time. May she rest in peace and dance in the gardens with her family that has passed before her.
Thank you Mary. This is so sweet. She is dancing in the garden for sure.
Hey i alwayss thought of a sun flower when i would run into her. She was a breathe of fresh air. God has a new ANGEL. prayers for the family. Love Melvin Gresham
Thank you Melvin. She always was so happy to run into you and/or your mom.
I would like to offer my sincere condolences to the family. I hope the scripture at John 11:11, where the Bible likens death to a peaceful sleep, can provide some peace at this time.
Thank you Hannah
Miss Shirley was like a second mother to me for most of my life. I’ll miss her patient ear, compassion for people… and for “what’s right”, her strength, and her sense of humor, The Lord has called home a good, good woman. May peace and tranquility be with Russ and the family.
Troy, mom always thought of you as ” one of the kids” Today was beautiful and peaceful. We know you were with us in heart and spirit. We love you much
