On Monday June 30, 2025 God called Andrenett “Andy” Moore Dilday home.
Andy, as she was affectionately known, was born on December 28, 1965, to Virgin Mary and Andrew Moore. From her earliest days, Andy embodied a spirit that was outspoken, kind, giving, caring, and unwaveringly headstrong. She was honest to a fault, never altering her essence to fit another’s expectations—the person she was on day one is the very same person she remained on day 101. Her faith in the Lord and her devotion to her family were the cornerstones of her life.
Andy had a long-standing passion for caring for others. After years as a CNA, she entered nursing school in 2003 and excelled, encouraging her classmates along the way. She earned the Florence Nightingale Award at graduation and spent the next 20 years as a dedicated nurse. In recent years, Andy also became a skilled crafter, launching a business to sell her unique handmade pieces and embrace new creative challenges.
Andy leaves behind her husband Mark Dilday, her 3 biological children Centoria Coffil (Kamrynn), Victoria Sutton (Domynique, Nickolas & MaKayla), and Troy Sutton Jr. (Myasia, Troy III, Jayla & Jada), and 5 bonus kids Lawrence Smith Jr., Emma Smith, Charles Smith, Xavier Dilday, and Mark Steven Dilday, 5 siblings Brenda Laws, Joyce Johnson, Augustine Baker, Dedrie Moore, and Andrew Moore Jr., her mother in-law Dee Dilday along with a host of grandkids, great grandkids, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Summing up my mother’s life in a few paragraphs is impossible—it would take a book. I’ll simply say: “She loved fiercely and was deeply loved in return,” which is the greatest gift of
