Roger Dale Shultz, 69, passed away May 28, 2019. Roger was born is Louisville, KY. He was proceeded in death by the late Willie B. and Cleo Durham Shultz. Besides his parents, he was proceeded in death by brothers Joseph and Willie Shultz, and sisters Vera Jackson, Nerida Ireland, and Sammy Puryear. He was survived by loving wife Liudmyla Shultz, children Roger Dale Shultz II (Amanda), Angela White (Ryan), Cynthia Shultz-Mitchell (Kenneth), and Alex Glavnyev (Victoria), brother James Shultz, ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

The choices you make and the way you treat others can earn you jewels that get added over your lifetime. When you die, you are judged by how much your crown shines, by what kind of life you lived.
