The sun rose on Joe Owens Richardson on December 2nd, 1959. Joe, better known as "Apache", was born to Charles and Arcania Richardson. Apache attended Forest Field and McCosh, horse Mann Elementary and South Shore High School. Apache worked for a car wash in Hammond Indiana and Arcelor Mittal Steel Mill in East Chicago Indiana. Apache was preceded in death by his parents both Charles Leo Richardson and Arcania Bell Richardson. Grandparents Josie Bennett Bell and Nathaniel Bell, Effie Moore Richardson and Floyd Richardson. Sister Vernita Richardson and the mother of his children Saundra Turner Williams. He leaves to cherish his life One daughter, Tiffany Richardson, Three sons, Joe Richardson Jr., Gregory Richardson, and Floyd Richardson, two brothers, Floyd Leo Richardson and Anthony Ranard Richardson of Chicago. Three Sisters, Charlene Postlewaite, Linda Rochelle Richardson, and Estella Ann Richardson Yates, all of Chicago Illinois. Four Grandsons, Two Grand-daughters, and a host of nephews, nieces, family and friends including his best friend and brother Lamonte Corley as well as sister Cookie or K.C. as he called her. "To my Brother. Even though the sun has set on you here on earth, your light will always shine in my heart. Now you have everything to gain, the thought of you will always be etched in my brain. The love we shared. The fun we had. The good and the bad, for that I'll never be sad. Now you are in heaven watching over me and when my time comes, you shine that light on me. I love you Apache.
