With deepest sorrow and broken hearts, we announce the passing of Carli Rose Ramkissoon, who left this world far too soon on November 16, 2025, at the age of 7.
Carli was a bright, joyful spirit whose laughter and energy could fill an entire room. She loved reading, playing Minecraft, and drawing, often creating colorful worlds of her own imagination. At school, she adored playing with her friends and held a special place in her heart for her first-grade teacher, Ms. Chandler.
Carli was a remarkably smart, loving, and witty child who always had a joke to share. She loved being the center of attention and brought sunshine to every moment. Her warmth, humor, and curiosity made her a true light in the lives of all who knew her.
She leaves behind to treasure her memory her loving parents, Ijaz Mohammed and Anessa Ramkissoon, as well as her grandmothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and all who were touched by her short but beautiful life.
Carli’s time with us was far too brief, but the joy, laughter, and love she shared will remain in our hearts forever.
May her bright spirit shine on.

Im sending prayers for the family that god will help you get through this. She will be missed so very much.
I am their mail carrier and Carli would come running out of the house to see me almost every day. Though our conversations were short, we would talk about her stuff animals she would have in her hand and she would tell me their names. She always went to the same spot on her driveway and wait for me to come up. It would really make my day. I will truly miss her.
Carli was an absolute delight to teach! She was extremely smart, funny, and sweet. I will never forget her smile:) Love you Carli~ Mrs. Chandler
