  2. Grandma was the heart of our family. I always wanted to be around her for and grew up knowing my grandmas love. She was truly the most strongest woman I’ve ever known. She was the sweetest, she’d give her last dollar if someone needed it. I’ll forever have an empty part of my heart she took it with her when she left us here on earth. I love you grandma. The most beautiful star in the sky.

  3. Q: What meal or recipe did Peggy love?

A: My mother loved my steak she said it was better than any restaurant steak. She also loved a good roast potatoes and carrots. She was the best mother in the world she was all about family. She was always so worried about everyone else but herself. I wish we had more time with our beloved mother. We use to go to Chick-fil-A everyday and get a tea and sit and talk in the car. I spent everyday with her. I miss that and I will cherish every memory I have with mom. I love you mom and I miss you terribly.

  4. Q: Where did Peggy like to travel?

A: Mom loved Disney we would go a few times a year. She loved traveling around and seeing new sites. We have been to New York with mom my sister Lisa and I. We had a great time even though it was for medical. We drove a few times to Illinois to visit family we still have there. Mom loved family. But her favorite place was Disney.

  5. Grandma was the most special person in my life I will spend the rest of my life missing her thank you for being the mom I needed I love you forever

  6. Peggy, (Mom)

You had a special kind of magic. You didn’t just open your home to me, you opened your heart and made me feel not like an in-law, but like your own. Your kindness was your superpower, a gentle strength that held our family together with grace and unconditional love.

The world feels a little less bright without you here, but so much warmer because you were in it. Thank you for your wisdom, your laughter, and for raising the person I love, your daughter, Tammy, my wife.

Your legacy of generosity and grace lives on in all of us who were lucky enough to be loved by you.

    Forever in our hearts.
All my Love from your no # 1 son-in-law 🙂
    Dwayne.

  9. My mother, my best friend; how do you sum up 53 years of memories into one, it’s just not possible especially with an amazing, loving mother like her. My mom showed compassion, selflessness and love to all those she came in contact with her, My mom would give her last bit of food or money to anyone that didn’t have anything because she was a true angel from God. She loved her family and life with such happiness on a daily basis, even through her sickest and most painful hours she was still checking on all her family to make sure they were okay. My mom didn’t take pain meds till the last hours so she could be present with her family, she was the strongest most wonderful, selfless woman I have known. She has been a part of every day life and vacations, she was the lighthouse in the ocean of life for all of us. I will forever remember her laugh and smile that could instantly turn a bad day to good, I thank God for such a wonderful mom and such a blessing of a relationship that truly will be missed forever. I love you mom and I will miss you every minute of my life, Forever thought of and loved by her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, family and friends.
