Franklin Thomas Waller III peacefully answered the Master’s call and entered eternal rest on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
Franklin was a proud Naval officer who dedicated 18 years of service to his country. During his military career, he was stationed in Adak, Alaska, Sacramento, California, and various locations abroad. His commitment, discipline, and service left a lasting impact on all who knew him.
Franklin was a beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. He leaves behind a loving family who will cherish his memory forever. Those left to honor his life include his mother, Brenda Loretta Nance Cummings; his sisters, Franchelique Trenace Waller, Clydia Delona Waller (Michael Nobles), Raaquell Nasha Russell, and Latashia Ann Bibbs; his nephews, Xavier Alexander Waller, and Jahieem Waller; his niece, Dajourne’ Antelese Waller and her fiancé, Andrew Jennings ; his aunt, Mildred Taylor; his uncle, Rodney Taylor; his cousins Rodney Taylor Jr. and Vienna Taylor, Mardius Cornelius Taylor, and Paula Taylor; along with a host of other relatives and dear friends who will miss him deeply.
Franklin’s kindness, strength, and dedication to his family and country will never be forgotten. His memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
He will be greatly missed by his entire family and all whose lives he touched.
