Donna McKinney Faust

It is with deep sadness and cherished memories that we announce the passing of Donna M. Faust. She passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, following an extended illness.

Born Donna Faye McKinney, in Hammond, Louisiana, she was the second daughter of Ivision M. (Mac) McKinney and Pansy Needham McKinney. Donna was a 1969 graduate of Hammond High School and a resident of Hammond for 32 years. She was also a resident of Tupelo, Mississippi for over 30 years, and Marietta, Georgia for 13 years.

Donna was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, and loyal friend to many and her legacy lives on through her family. She is lovingly remembered by Tom, her husband of 56 years; her son, Tommy; and her five grandchildren, Luke, Benjamin, Jack, Katherine, and Elizabeth Faust.

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her sister, Beverly M. McLain, and other family members.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home of Hammond. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home – Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Saturday September 26, 2026, at 9:00 am, with the Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Donna’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association, the Lewy Body Dementia Association, the First Christian Church of Hammond, Louisiana, or a charity of your choice.
