Carlos Eduardo Morales Zeledón, de 54 años, residente de Powder Springs, Georgia, partió de este mundo el jueves 24 de septiembre de 2026.
Carlos fue orgullosamente costarricense. Nació en la provincia de Limón y creció en Batán de Limón junto a sus padres, Eduardo y María Iris, y su hermana Jeannette.
Desde niño fue travieso, alegre y juguetón. Disfrutaba del fútbol y la natación, y durante su juventud descubrió una de sus grandes pasiones: el ciclismo, deporte que practicó y disfrutó durante toda su vida.
En sus primeros años trabajó arduamente en las fincas bananeras de Batán. Fue padre de su hija mayor, Karla Morales, y a los 21 años conoció a quien sería su esposa, Jackeline Vargas. Juntos formaron una hermosa familia y tuvieron dos hijos más.
En 1997, Carlos y Jackeline decidieron emigrar a los Estados Unidos en busca de mejores oportunidades y con grandes sueños para él y su familia. Llegaron a Carolina del Norte, donde vivieron durante 10 años y donde nació uno de sus hijos. Posteriormente, decidieron establecerse en Georgia, donde Carlos residió hasta el momento de su partida.
Carlos fue un excelente esposo, padre y amigo. Una de sus mayores virtudes fue ser un hombre trabajador, responsable y dedicado, siempre procurando brindar lo mejor a su familia.
Siempre lo recordaremos por su amor, su sonrisa y su disposición para servir a los demás.
Gracias, Carlos. Te amaremos por siempre y vivirás eternamente en nuestros corazones.
Carlos fue precedido en la muerte por su madre, María Iris Zeledón.
Deja para continuar su legado a su padre, Eduardo Morales; su hermana, Jeannette Morales; su esposa, Jackeline Vargas; sus hijos, Karla, Daniela y Andre; y sus nietos, Brayton y Kail Angulo y Katalina Quiroz.
También deja atrás a numerosos familiares, incluyendo primos, sobrinos y queridos amigos, quienes siempre conservarán en sus corazones los recuerdos de su vida, su amor y su amistad.

Carlos Eduardo Morales Zeledon, 54, of Powder Springs, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2026.
Carlos was proudly Costa Rican. He was born in the province of Limon and grew up in Batan de Limon alongside his parents, Eduardo and Maria Iris, and his sister, Jeannette.
From an early age, Carlos was playful, joyful, and full of life. He enjoyed soccer and swimming, and during his youth he discovered one of his greatest passions: cycling, a sport he enjoyed and practiced throughout his life.
In his early years, Carlos worked hard on the banana plantations in Batan. He became the father of his eldest daughter, Karla Morales, and at the age of 21, he met his wife, Jackeline Vargas. Together, they built a beautiful family and welcomed two more children.
In 1997, Carlos and Jackeline decided to immigrate to the United States in search of better opportunities and with great dreams for themselves and their family. They settled in North Carolina, where they lived for 10 years and where one of their children was born. They later moved to Georgia, which Carlos called home until the time of his passing.
Carlos was a loving husband, devoted father, and wonderful friend. One of his greatest virtues was his strong work ethic and dedication to providing for and caring for his family.
He will always be remembered for his love, his beautiful smile, and his willingness to serve and help others.
Thank you, Carlos. We will love you forever, and you will always live in our hearts.
Carlos was preceded in death by his mother, Maria Iris Zeledon.
He leaves behind his father, Eduardo Morales; his sister, Jeannette Morales; his beloved wife, Jackeline Vargas; his children, Karla, Daniela, and Andre; and his grandchildren, Brayton and Kail Angulo and Katalina Quiroz.
He also leaves behind many other loving relatives, including cousins, nieces and nephews, and dear friends, who will forever cherish the memories of his life, his love, and his friendship.
