Shawn King

Shawn was born on November 9, 1973 to the late Mr. Clarence Monie and Mrs. Betty White. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. Shawn (Mr. King as he loved to be called) attended Meadowdale High School in Dayton, Ohio. On August 20, 1993 he married the love of his life Nikki. Shawn never met a stranger. For those that knew him they knew that his hobbies were cooking, traveling and talking. He believed in taking care of his wife and daughter. Shawn leaves to cherish his precious memories, his mother Mrs. Betty (Donald) White, his devoted best friend and wife of 27 years, Mrs. Alice “Nikki” King; his daughter La’Shawnda King; three sisters Dorothy King, Christina King-White and Brandy King-White; one brother Brandyn King-White; two uncles Tony (Brenda) King, Darrell (Margaret) King; Mother-in-law Eloise Hampton; two sisters-in-law Kristi Spears and Felicia Hampton; Two brothers-in-law Kristopher and Damion (Kenyatta) Hampton; grandparents-in-law Rev. Lawrence and Christell Hill; one special cousin Carolyn Euell and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
