Ms. Helen Onelia Rice, daughter of the late James Paul Crowe and Neppie Mae Millsapp Crowe, was born July 24, 1937 in Dallas, Georgia. She attended the public schools of Paulding County and was a graduate of Dallas High School. She attended Crawford Long Nursing School. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Kennesaw, Georgia where she selflessly served her fellow brothers and sisters. She quietly departed this life Tuesday, November 5, 2019 surrounded by her loved ones at home in Kennesaw, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Sarah June Crowe, Olen Crowe, Mae Layman, Kenneth Crowe, and Diane Thomason, and granddaughter Tammy Jordan.
