Mrs. Edith Inez "Edie" Mundy, age 84, of Senoia, GA passed away on Friday, October 14, 2011 at the Doctor's Hospice of Georgia in Fayetteville, GA. She was born in Hardin County, TN daughter of the late Clifford Jessie Snodgrass and Lela Shaw. She was a retired chief of security at NCR in Peachtree City, GA. She was preceded in death by husband, Keith L. Mundy, and son, Roger Mundy. She is survived by sons: Larry Reagor of Senoia, GA, Lonnie Reagor of Woodward, OK, Larry Mundy of Las Vegas, NV, Ron Mundy of Fayettville, GA, Randy Mundy of Senoia, GA, daughter, Cynthia Stephenson of Peachtree City, GA, sister, Hazel White of Dallas, TX, 18 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. I know that Aunt Edith is missed by her whole family. Since her move to Geprgia we had less contact with her than when she lived in Gary. She always made us feel very welcome no matter when we visited, her smile warmed the room. She was a wonderful person. And truley missed. Condolences to the family.
Dortha and I miss Aunt Edith. I lived with her as a small child in Tennessee. We all will miss her but death is a blessing to Aunt Edith. We are praying for the family and friends of Aunt Edith. We all expect to meet her again in heaven.
