Burma Cardin Farmer

Mrs. Burma Cardin Farmer age 75 of Stockbridge passed away Saturday December 17, 2011 at Southern Regional Hospital. She was born in Atlanta. Daughter of the late Ben Henry Cardin and the late Alta Georgia Cardin. She was the widow of Cecil M. Farmer. She was preceded in death by brother; Arthur Cardin. She was a homemaker. Survivors include: Sister; Margie Cardin Knowles of Blue Ridge, GA and brother Ricky Cardin of Marietta, GA. Daughter and son-in-law Judy and Don Karwisch of Fayetteville, son and daughter-in-law C. Ray Farmer and Deranda McDonough also survive. Grandchildren: Amanda Karwisch Page, Clay Kawwisch, and Jordan Farmer. Memorial services for Mrs. Burma Farmer will be held on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 1 PM at the graveside of Holly Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Dan McKay officiating.     As I look through the photos of Aunt Burma and Uncle Cecil, even though there have been traumatic moments over the years, all that I can remember and think of are the good times and laughter that was shared when the family was together. It comforts my heart to know that no more pain and suffering for either of them will continue to rule their lives. As much as I would love to be there to support you, Judy and Ray and your families, know that my heart, thoughts and prayers are wishing peace and comfort to you. I love you all very much and wish for peaceful and happy days ahead!
