Donald Lewis "Don" Ayers, age 73, of Luthersville, GA passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at Kindred Transitional Care & Rehabilitation - Lafayette in Fayetteville, GA. He worked for Delta Airlines for 29 years as a lead mechanic. He was the son of the late Lewis Alvin Ayers and Essie Margie Frances Smith. He is survived by brother, James A. "Jimmy" Ayers of Newnan, GA, sisters: Debbie Hilty of Covington, GA, Nancy Davis of Newnan, GA, nephew, J.D. Ayers of Luthersville, GA, Jeff Ayers of Newnan, GA, Jason Ayers of Newnan, GA and several great nieces and nephews.
