Betty Lou Ellard

Betty Lou (Chaffin) Ellard, age 93, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2019 in Union City. She was born on September 6, 1925, in Atlanta, to Andrew and Pauline (Williams) Chaffin. She was preceded in death by herhusband, Maurice Ellard. She is survived by: son, David Ellard and his wife, Lynn, of McDonough; and grandchildren, Marty Ellard and his wife, Vanessa, of McDonough and Chris Ellard and his wife, Stephanie, of Melbourne, Florida. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, May 19, 2019, Crest Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, a contribution may be made to the Salvation Army or a charity of your choice.
