Scarlett Conner Bradley, 72 wife of Bobby L Bradley of Loganville Ga, passed away December 10, 2019 at Piedmont Rockdale Hospital. Born January 31, 1947 in Vienna, Austria. The daughter of the late Sgt. Windolyn Stanley Conner and Gisela Timko Conner of Loganville, GA She attended Walter F. George High School, Class of 1965 and attended Georgia State University. She is survived by husband Bobby L Bradley of Loganville, Ga and son Stanley R Bradley and wife Mellisa of Monticello, GA and daughter Mary Michelle Shirley(Cissy) and husband Greg of Covington, GA; 6 Grandchildren, Steven, Justin, Erik, Ryan, Megan, and Hazel; Sister Gwendolyn Yvonne Eller of Loganville and nieces, nephews, and cousins. Scarlett was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was always making sure her family was happy and knew she loved them. She loved to entertain, travel whenever and wherever she could go, crafting,and anything her grandchildren were into. She showed us what grace and courage looked like while she fought her illness. Scarlett was the magnet our family gravitated to. Her last words to us were to “be happy always”. That is who she was. She will forever be missed and celebrated often. Her Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday December 14, 2019 from 1-4p.m. at Southern Cremation and Funeral Services in Covington, Ga. Sharing memories, laughter, friendships, and refreshments.

  1. Oh my, Scarlett and I went to school together since 4th grade. She was so smart. I don’t know how she could think that fast. I remember us reading The Secret Garden in school. She was finished before I got to the second chapter. I truly admired her. It was nice seeing her T our 50th class reunion. Our parents were friends and traveled to Austria together. Please know how sorry I feel for your loss. Regina McBrayer Meeks

  2. One of the best memories I have of Scarlett was her ability to laugh and have fun. She loved her wine so one Christmas I gave her a rug which stated very simply “Have wine if not go home”. (Very close) I will miss my dear friend but she is in heaven. Love you my beautiful lady. Look at all of the sun rises and all of the awesome sunsets.
