Margie Mitchell Allen, 74 was born on May 15, 1949, and passed away at Brightmoor Hospice in Griffin, GA on January 10, 2024. She is survived by her children, Tammy Whiting (Randy) of Luthersville, Wanda Gibson (Floyd) of Hogansville, Mack and Lisa Allen of Fayetteville, & John "Peanut" Allen of Hogansville;7 Grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; Sister, Betty Betsill of Fayetteville, Brother, Billy Mitchell of Brooks; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 14th at Southern Cremations and Funerals at Holly Hill from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Funeral Service will be held at Bible Church of God on Monday, January 15,2024 at 1:00pm.

  3. MARGIE WAS ALWAYS A DEAR FRIEND AND SISTER TO ME. I USED TO GO TO HER HOUSE AND HAVE HOME PRAYER MEETINGS. SHE WAS A WONDERFUL HOST . SHE WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO LET ME AND SISTER SANDRA NETHERLAND COME IN AND HOLD THESE MEETINGS NO MATTER HOW LONG WE WERE THERE. THE LORD ALWAYS SHOWED UP AND ALWAYS SHOWED OUT. SHE WAS A VERY SWEET A LOVING PERSON. LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU MY PRECIOUS SISTER FRIEND. MAY GOD BLESS YOUR FAMILY.
