Ora Irene Chastain passed away peacefully at 1:37 am on May 15, 2025. She was born on October 11, 1941, and went to be with her Lord Jesus at the age of 83 years.
Ora was predeceased by her husband Alvin David Chastain, son David Chastain, and daughter Evelyn Russell. She is survived by her son Jason Chastain and daughter Lynn Sizemore.
Ora will be fondly remembered as a loving wife, mother, Nana, and great Nana. She will be forever missed.

So sorry to hear that Ora has passed. She was like a second mom to me growing up with Lynn. I will never forget the time she caught us skipping school. I love you Lynn and Jason! My prayers are with you! 🙏
