Robin Leah Beard
September 26, 1951 ~ June 30, 2025
Robin Beard passed away peacefully on June 30th, 2025. Robin went to be with her lord Jesus at the age of 73. Robin was born in Atlanta Ga on September 26th, 1951. She is lovingly remembered by Catherine Beard (sister), Gloria Saxon and Pam Vinings (cousins), church family and dear friends who will miss her very much.Robin has an associate’s degree in art and a bachelor’s degree in special education. Her love was art, and she could do many aspects of it well. Drawing, painting, calligraphy, and photography all in addition to playing piano and sewing. She wrote a few gospel songs and sang them in church.An inurnment of Robins ashes will take place on July 9th, 2025, at 2:00pm followed with a celebration of life and service at 2:30pm. Services have been trusted to Southern Cremations and Funerals in Marietta with Pastor Sam Manus officiating.

The first time I noticed Robin was at Bolton Elementary School in Atlanta, GA. The students who came to school early would be in the auditorium until the first bell rung. Robin was always telling funny stories and had everyone laughing. She was one year older than me, so we were in different classes. I would always be at school early, so I could sit close to her. Later on, we both attended O’Keefe High School, and a neighbor across the street drove us to high school. We had an off again and on again relationship throughout the years. The only reason I knew she was in Heaven is when I woke up from a dream about Robin and found her obituary. I will see her again when it’s my time. I pray that Cathy is okay.
