Ann Knowles Stanley

June 20, 1944 ~ August 26, 2018

Ann Knowles Stanley passed away August 26, 2018 at her home in Marietta, Ga. Her husband Tom and her son Chris were at her bedside when she passed. Born in Tampa, Florida, she was preceded in death by her mother Elizabeth Knowles, her father C.J. Knowles, brother C. Larry Knowles and her daughter Jenna E. Stanley. She was a graduate of J.H. Rose in Greenville, N.C. and went on to study at East Carolina University. Ann was a member of Mt. Bethel UMC in Marietta, Ga. A memorial service is scheduled for Thursday, September 6, 2018 beginning at 3:30 PM at Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church, 4385 Lower Roswell Rd, Marietta, GA 30068. Dr. Randy Mickler and Rev. Charlie Marus will officiate. All her many friends are invited. A private inurnment will be held at Cheatum Hill Memorial Park, 1861 Dallas Highway SW, Marietta, GA at 9:00 AM Friday morning September 7th, 2018.
