Mrs. Betty Jo Arnett Massengale, age 80, of Buford, passed away August 28, 2013. She was born November 29, 1932 in Austin, TX, daughter of the late Melton Berg Arnett and Josephine McLean.
Surviving are her daughters; Cathy Massengale McCleskey, Kelly Massengale Pierce and Christy Massengale Olesen; grandchildren; Micheal Reed Beam, Jennifer Beam Tarpley, Logan Pierce and Paige Pierce; grandchildren Brandon Clayton and Charles Ary & Robert Caiden Tarpley.
A private family service will be held at a later date.

Words just can’t express the deep sadness and regrets I have over the way your life ended. I just don’t understand why such tragedy had up happen. You gave us so many good years and good times and regardless of the things said, I know you loved us and all your grands and great-grands. We love all loved the great times we had with you and will miss you very much. I pray you rest in peace now. Your living daughter, Cathy.
To my beautiful Mother. Thank you for years of love and a perfect childhood. Words can’t express how I feel. So I will leave you with much love in my heart and peace with this sad time. Untill we meet again.
