Bill Barney
William Ambrose Barney 69, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and outlaw died February
20 after a couragious battle with Parkinson’s at his home in Roswell, GA. He was proceeded
in death by his parents Winifred and Charles and his brother in-law Jack Lee. Survived by his
beloved wife Molly Lee Barney, sons Blake (Marissa) and Brett, grandson Leo Ambrose, brothers
Bob (Donna) and Bruce (Cindy) in-laws Mary Pat Lee and Jim Scheibel, Chrissy Lee, Bob and Julie
Lee, Katie and Tim Caito, Maggie Lee and Richard Dunn, Tom and Bridget Lee, Martha and Joe
Thimmesh several nieces and nephews and countless friends.
Bill was smart, successful, incredible sense of humor, huge sports fan (Roll Tide) and a loving family
man. He will be missed by many but mostly by his family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Ann’s Catholic Church Marietta, GA on Friday, March
1 at 11am with visitation at 10 am. The service will be broadcast live at www.St-Ann.org/watch-live

Bill – To my family he lands somewhere between brother, crazy uncle, 2nd father, coach, fellow Outaw, the other half of Molly & Bill and great friend.
