With sincere sorry, we announce the passing of our beloved Carolene Hooker. Carolene, a beloved and devoted mother and grandmother was born on March 20th, 1938 in Madison County North Carolina. She passed away on February 6th, 2019. Please help us Celebrate the Life of our wonderful mother, grandmother, and Friend on Saturday February 9th, 2019 At Southern Cremations and Funerals in Marietta Georgia. Visitation is at 10:00 AM. Services start at 11:00 AM. Interment to Follow in Cheatham Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.

She Loved me like she was my own mother. Kind, caring, and loving in every thing she did. She took care of me as a young child and was THE BEST baby sitter I ever had. And thats saying alot, considering I was a heapinp hand full. I love you Carolene Hookey. Thank you for loving me and feeding me all those delicious plumbs from that legendary plumb tree.
