A Memorial Service will be held Saturday April 21, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Southern Cremations & Funerals at Cheatham Hill Chapel, 1861 Dallas Highway SW, Marietta, GA 30064. Charles was born in Sharpsburg, GA to Frank P. Richards and Vadar Bentley Richards. He is survived by his wife Cheryl Richards and his son, Jacob “Gene” Dawkins.
