Connie Lynn Autrey

Connie Lynn Autrey, age 65, of Hampton, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at Piedmont Henry Hospital.

Connie was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on January 20, 1961. She was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret Autrey and Calvin Autrey, and her great-grandparents, Samuel Seals and Beulah Baker Seals.

Connie devoted her life to caring for others. As a caregiver, she gave her time, compassion, and love freely to those around her. She had a servant’s heart and found joy in helping others, always putting family and friends before herself.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters, Amanda and her wife, Ebony Dawkins, of Henry County, and Melissa and her husband, Josh Arbogast, of Hampton, Georgia.

She is also survived by her siblings, Ronnie, Tracie, Debbie, and Alexius; her 11 grandchildren, Javes, Jacoby, Skyla, Ambria, Jazlyn, Lydia, Laryssa, Lovaya, Lakayla, Jaoshlyn, Anniah and her six great-grandchildren, Jahlani, Jamazi, Londynn, Emori, Kamari, and ZaMiyah.

Connie will forever be remembered for her loving heart, her caring spirit, her gentle kindness, and the joy she brought to everyone who knew her. She was deeply loved by many, and her memory will be cherished forever. Though she is no longer with us in person, the love she shared will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
