Eileen Jacobs passed away in Marietta, GA on February 11, 2019 at the age of 58 from complications of the flu.
Eileen is predeceased by her father, Henry Wilhelm Jacobs, and her mother, Eileen Nelson Jacobs.
Eileen is survived by her loving son, Paul Henry Jacobs Percival, who was the center of her world; her sister, Donna Jacobs Seagrave and her husband Bruce; her niece and goddaughter, Mary Seagrave Eurek and her husband Nick and their daughter, Alice; her step-mother, Mary (“Betty”) Mooney Jacobs and her family, and many cousins and their children.
She is lovingly remembered by her many co-workers and friends who are now spread around the country and the world.
Eileen was born in Brooklyn, NY on August 5, 1960. She graduated from New Paltz Central High School in 1978 and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY New Paltz four years later before becoming a life-long insurance broker in New York and then Georgia.
She loved reading, traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
The visitation will be held at Southern Cremations & Funerals in Marietta, GA on Thursday, February 14, 2019 between 2:00 and 4:00. Prayers will be offered there at the end of the visitation by Rev. Troy Hall. Eileen has chosen to be cremated and will eventually return to her beloved mountains in New York.
Flowers are being accepted at the funeral home.









She always had a song in her heart and a beautiful smile on her face, everyday. She was a very bright sunshine in my work day.
Always will remember the “baby jesus” gift story, she told about during her childhood and in her family Christmas traditions.

Dear Aunt Lee Lee,
Thank you for all the laughs and all comfort that you provided throughout the years. You were amazing in som many ways. So happy to have had you in my life. I will love and miss you forever.
My thoughts are with my American family – Mom, Dad, sister Mary and Paul. I wish you strength in this difficult times. I am always right beside you in spirit.
