Cooper, Floyd Crawford, Jr "BubbaPassed away peacefully at Presbyterian Village on April 27, 2021, at the age of 63.He was predeceased by his loving parents, Mary and Corky Cooper, his nephew, Simon Abbey, and his niece, Lindy Grace Smith.
He is lovingly remembered by his sister, Lynn (Michael) Abbey; brother, Kenny (Lenora) Cooper; and sister, Gwen (Joe) Smith; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Bubba was a 1976 graduate of South Cobb High School where he loved playing basketball. He made his career building and servicing swimming pools. Bubba was an avid hunter, fisherman, and jokester. He enjoyed watching the Atlanta Braves and Nascar, listening to music, and being outdoors.Sadly, Bubba lost his courageous battle with cancer after 2 years.
The family will receive friends to honor and remember Bubba on Saturday, May 1st, in the chapel at Southern Cremation and Funerals on Dallas Hwy from 2pm until 5pm. Masks are required.
In lieu of flowers,the family asks you to support Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care or the American Cancer Association.

Lynn, Gwen and family, I am so sorry to hear of Bubba’s passing. He was a great friend and he will be truly missed. To Zach and Emily, he was Uncle Bubba. So many memories of times that we spent together back in the day. Praying for you all as you go through the days ahead. Renay McLean
Bubba was a good softball player and we played together many times and I’ll miss him.
