On April 21, 2020, in Atlanta, GA, our beloved Son/Brother/Husband, Frank Curtis Wells III
also as known “Lil Frank” was called home to glory. He was born in New Orleans on
November 22, 1965 and was the only son to the union of the late Frank Wells Jr. and Alma Gail Wells.
Frank Curtis Wells III grew up in New Orleans, LA where he impacted lives and left lasting impressions on many who came to know him. Frank enjoyed, cooking, reading books, watching documentaries and movies. MARVEL and action movies were his favorite, he also enjoyed watching basketball and football, his favorite team was the New Orleans Saints. Cement Finisher was the trade he chose by following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. Frank was an Entrepreneur who had various businesses. Frank was also known for being a Entrepreneur who had various businesses. He a leader a mentor and volunteered a little league coach for Susan Park Football team in Kenner, LA. Frank, was well respected on and off the field.
Frank will be sadly missed by his wife, Latonia Wells who he married on 11/22/2000 in New Orleans, LA.
Frank will forever be remembered and loved by his sons Ronnell Jackson (Stepson), Frank Curtis Wells IV, Ronald “Dai” Young (Stepson), Sherrod Gauff and Cadari Wells.
Frank was the only brother to the late Sula Mae Wiggins, Beverly Williams, Virgie Wells, Nicole Coleman Deideria Wells, Tynekia Wells and Mia Wells.
Although, Frank was the only son to his parents, he had a close relationship with his (Bonus) Brothers, Rudolph Boles, Willie “Sofa” Garrison and Anthony “Lajit” Garrison.
Frank also leaves behind his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Frank you will be sadly missed but never forgotten.
“I will hold you my heart, until I can hold you again in heaven.”
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2020 at 11:00 am at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park, 1861 Dallas Highway, Marietta, GA.
A chef catered lunch will provided by Chef Frank and the Food4Kings Team








Sending my sincere and heartfelt condolences to my sweet cousin Tanya and her sons as they mourn Frank’s passing. Tanya, you were a rock during this battle and a shining example of what a loving wife and mother should be. Sending you love and hugs and blessings on blessings. May you find comfort and healing in knowing that Grank fought the good fight and that you will always cherish the good memories.
I remember Frank throwing Latonia a beautiful birthday party last year and.being insistent that now was the time to thow that party. Latonia wanted to wait but, she went ahead with the plans to make him happy. And he was…..so happy… watching her smile. Frank will be sorely missed.
