Jacqueline "Jackie" Lautenschlager

Jacqueline “Jackie” Lautenschlager, 88, of Marietta passed away of heart failure on January 20, 2020 at Tranquility at Kennesaw Mountain Hospice. Jackie was an avid reader, loved working in her flower garden, and loved jigsaw puzzles. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Marietta where she volunteered much of her time. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy H. Lautenschlager; her daughter, Sandra Pitt; and her son, Jack Shearin Jr. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Debbie Bedgood and husband Randall, Donna Jones and husband Zack, and Dorothy Yow and husband Keith; her grandchildren, Terry Spangler and wife Erika, Karlie Brooks and husband Alden, Jennifer Crenshaw and husband Tripp, Steffanie Spangler, Tyler and Christopher Plitt, and Conner Bruce. Bonus grandchildren are Paul Bedgood, Greyson Bedgood, Zack Jones Jr., and Andrew Jones. Great grandchildren are Gracie, Adriana, and Jackson Crenshaw; McKenzie Spangler; and Cora Brooks. The family wants to thank the staff at Presbyterian Village Supportive Living and Tranquility Hospice for the excellent care and comfort given to Jackie. Private services are planned at a later date.
