James D. Neal “Jim”, 87, of Atlanta Georgia died Sunday, August 30, 2020.
Jim was born August 1, 1933, in Widen, West Virginia to Hollis Alexander Neal and Maysel Okal Campbell Neal.
Jim is survived by a sister Martha Neal Scarpaize and brother Terry Neal both of Ohio as well as son Steven James Neal of Atlanta GA, daughter Pattie Bellflower Smith of Ware Shoals, SC,
3 granddaughters, Jessica Morrison, Jenna Pitts, and Channing Smith all of South Carolina and a dear friend - Ms. Lou Cumming of Atlanta, GA.
At this time, there is no memorial service scheduled, family will announce at a future date.
